We were attracted to MM Architecture and Structure because of the fixed cost to produce the drawings and deal with the planning authorities. The drawings were excellent and speedily delivered. We received planning permission without a hitch after just over 7 weeks which with all the slowdown due to Covid was surprisingly quick. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Architect Elyas in particular was excellent and he produced the required drawings very quickly and responded to the many, many requests from the council quickly and efficiently in conjunction with the case manager Haadi.
